Public Hearing – 2025-2026 Budget

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING      VILLAGE OF CONSTABLEVILLE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Sections 20 and 24 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Constableville, adopted on the 7th day of April 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Constableville will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Library on the 21st day of April, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., to present the tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to all interested parties.

A copy of the tentative budget is available upon request at the office of the Village Clerk. The proposed salaries of each member of the Board of Trustees and Mayor are as follows: Trustees – $1,575.00/year; Mayor – $4,700.00/year.
